V. Sattui Winery Wedding
October is one of my favorite times to photograph weddings in Napa Valley. The vineyards begin to take on their golden tones, the evenings feel cozy, and the season naturally lends itself to rich, romantic details.
This V. Sattui Winery wedding was a beautiful reflection of fall in Wine Country, filled with deep burgundy florals, elegant details, and a couple who were completely present in the joy of the day.
V. Sattui is one of Napa Valley’s most iconic wedding venues, known for its historic architecture, gardens, and timeless wine country atmosphere. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration that felt both classic and personal.
The couple embraced the season with lush burgundy florals and beautifully coordinated attire that brought warmth and depth to every part of the day. From the quiet moments before the ceremony to portraits surrounded by the beauty of Napa Valley, every detail felt intentional.
One of my favorite parts of the day was taking time for portraits beyond the venue. We made a stop at the iconic Napa Valley sign, creating a set of photographs that captured not only their wedding day, but the feeling of celebrating in this special place.
The photographs I love most are always the ones that bring you back to how a moment felt: the excitement before walking down the aisle, the laughter shared between two people, and the feeling of having everyone you love gathered together.
This V. Sattui Winery wedding was a beautiful reminder of why Napa Valley continues to be such a meaningful place to celebrate.
“Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction” Antoine de Saint-Exupery
One request Alyssa & Andrew had on their wedding day, were photos with them gazing forward; she said it was their pose. I think it is the perfect sentiment for their wedding day! Cheers to looking forward!
