As I write this, I am prepping for Danielle & Will’s Danville wedding, TOMORROW; and was reminded of these lovely shots we took at dusk in Sonoma.

We made a few stops throughout Sonoma during their engagement session, but the last few were some of my favorites. The lighting & tones at dusk are gorgeous, and by the end of an engagement session, couples have gotten to know me a little bit and are used to being in front of my camera, resulting in natural, intimate & authentic images. This is one of the reasons I encourage all of my wedding clients to do an engagement session, it’s almost like a “practice run” for the wedding!

I loved the spending the evening with these two! They met at a youth group and have been together since Danielle was in high school.  So obviously, they are are so excited to get married & I can’t wait to document it!
